Administrative Assistant - Manitoba

Jackie Goran started working for Love & Persson Group in September of 2005. Jackie previously worked for CIBC in Dauphin for the past 18 years where she became experienced with loans, mortgages, & investments. She brings with her knowledge of the financial & investment industry. Jackie obtained the qualification to sell mutual funds in 2004. She has been a resident of Dauphin all of her life and is very active in the community. Jackie assumed the role of Administrative Assistant in September. She takes pride in providing clients with excellent service.

Susan Chapman has been with LPG since 2007. Originally from Winnipeg, she has called Dauphin home since 1989. A U of Manitoba Foods & Nutrition graduate, Susan has worked in both the Food & Health Food Industries.

After having obtained a Business/ Computer Operators diploma, she made a career change to work as a bookkeeper, then in a real estate office, prior to joining LPG in September of 2007.

As part of our Financial Services team, Susan provides exceptional service in a the dual role of assistant and receptionist.

Joanne Moy moved to Canada in May of 2014 with her husband, Jr, who’s also working with LPG. Back in the Philippines, she worked for 5 years with a life insurance company as a cashier and as an administrative assistant, providing quality customer service to their clients. Joanne’s looking forward to offering the same kind of service for LPG.

Investment Fund Advisor - Manitoba

JR Moy is a graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Management Accounting. Over the years, he has worked for a bank in the Philippines in a loans officer position and gathered knowledge in Microfinance Operations. JR moved to Canada in March 2014 and has been employed with LPG since April 2014 in the Financial Services Division where he has since obtained his mutual funds license through the Investment Fund Institute of Canada and now licensed in Manitoba. As of September 2017 JR became a Financial Advisor with LPG and looks forward to working with existing and new clients helping with their Financial Services needs. As of April 2018 JR got his Life & Health Insurance License to add value and service to the LPG clients and is licensed for Manitoba.

Teresa Matskiw was born and raised in Dauphin and obtained employment at Shop Easy (Extra Foods) right out of high school. After 26 years, she decided to make a change in her career, and in September 2013, she entered the general insurance industry. Teresa has obtained her Level 3 General Insurance License, received her Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker designation. Teresa is fully MPI accredited, and serves as key autopac person in our Dauphin office. As part of the team at Love & Persson Group, Teresa looks forward to providing excellent customer service to all our General Insurance and Autopac clients.

Valdina Michaluk grew up in the Parkland Area and joined Love & Persson Group on December 1, 2014. She spent 25 years working with the Bank of Montreal, where she had experience in Investments, Loans and general banking principles. She is married and involved in many aspects of her community which is Grandview. After spending two years working out of the Grandview Office, she has moved back to the Dauphin Office and is looking forward to the new experiences she will gain working with Love & Persson Group in Dauphin. She has her Level 3 General Insurance license.  In May of this year she accepted the position of Accounting Clerk, Administration Assistant with Love and Persson Group.  She looks forward to continuing to serve all her clients in Dauphin and Grandview with excellence in Customer Service and to continuing her learning with the staff in Dauphin.

Kelly Plesh grew up in Dauphin and currently resides here with her family. She received her Business Administration – Human Resource Diploma from Assiniboine Community College, Parkland Campus. She has worked in the retail & banking industry over the past years before joining LPG’s General Insurance team in October 2015.

She has obtained her Autopac and General Insurance certification and looks forward to providing excellent service to all clients of Love and Persson Group in the future.

Brittany Crowe was born and raised in British Columbia. She now resides in Gilbert Plains with her husband and 3 children. In Feb. 2015 she made a career change into the insurance industry and has obtained her Autopac certification & CAIB 1. Brittany joined the staff at Love & Persson Group in April 2017. She looks forward to helping serve clients in LPG’s Grandview office.

Jordan Shuttleworth was born and raised in Dauphin and graduated High School in 2018. She enjoys outdoor activities like hunting and fishing. She was involved in multiple sports and activities and volunteered at the humane society.

Jordan joined the Love & Persson Group team in November 2018 and obtained her Insurance License in January 2019. Jordan is looking forward to continuing her education and providing excellence in Customer Service in all aspects of Autopac, Travel Insurance and any other Insurance needs.

Jordan has completed her first 3 levels of the CAIB program and currently holds a level 2 license.  She hopes to complete the CAIB program in the near future.

Rupi Dighe moved to Canada in December of 2010 where I studied Court Support Services in Toronto and relocated to Winnipeg in 2012.  Upon receiving my permanent residency in 2014, I began my career in the insurance industry.  In March of 2019 I moved to Dauphin and joined Love & Persson Group as a Level 2 General Insurance Broker.  I look forward to serving the LPG clients autopac and insurance needs.

Financial Administrative Assistant - Manitoba

Joviter Sarcia, known by her nickname Jet, moved to Canada along with her son in August 2019 to be with her husband. Prior to joining LPG, Jet was a senior manager in one of the commercial banks in the Philippines. She worked for 20 years growing her career at the bank. Jet started as a Financial Report Assistant receiving promotions until achieving the title Anti-Money Laundering Officer, which was a senior manager position under the compliance division.

She intends to share her acquired skills and knowledge, providing excellent service to LPG’s clients as the new Financial Administrative Assistant.

Rachel began her Insurance journey back in Winnipeg of 2012. Born and raised just outside of Winnipegosis, MB, Rachel decided to move to Dauphin from Winnipeg in the early fall of 2014 and shortly there after began working with the Co-operators.  Rachel started with Love & Persson Group early March 2022, leaving her position with CNUF.  Outside of the office Rachel can be found at the gym or out and about with her daughter.  She is thrilled to be apart of the LPG team!
