We approach our financial services department on a client-needs basis.  The three partners who focus on the financial services area use this approach with all our clients.

Ron Love is the manager of the financial services department.  Ron is a graduate of the Canadian Securities Course.  He has 20 years experience with Love & Persson Group, advising clients with their investments using the wide range of products available to our clients.

Dennis Stykalo is another partner who has been with Love & Persson Group for 12 years and uses the client-needs approach when dealing with clients' portfolios.

Rob McDill, CFP, has always used a client needs only approach when dealing with clients total needs.  As as Certified Financial Planner, he advises clients in all sorts of situations that can cause people concern with their finances.  As a member of Advocis,  a total needs approach is the only approach accepted when looking at all types of  insurance needs.  As a financial planner, Rob offers to provide Love & Persson Group clients financial planning, retirement planning, estate planning and farm succession planning services as well.

We have over 100 companies that we deal with, when advising  clients with their finances.  We do not advise clients on a fee-for-services basis.  All our financial services we do for our clients at no charge.  When using products to help clients meet their financial needs due to our wide array of products, we can use the best possible product to help them.

Below is a list of products we use when advising clients:

Life Insurance: There are a variety of companies to choose from, whether your need is for low cost term insurance or universal life insurance as a tax-deferred investment.  No matter what your need is we have a company or product to deal with it.

Disability Insurance: This is an area that requires a personal contact to ensure the proper coverage.  Each company has it's own way at looking at your coverage, so a personal contact here is essential.

Critical Illness Insurance: This is a new product that should be made available for every person's review.  It is a fairly new product and they are not all the same.  Having a wide variety of companies and products to  choose from, is the key to finding the right product for you.

Long Term Care: With the rising prices associated with people who require home care or personal care home services, this is a product that can't be ignored for much longer.  The more income you have the higher the costs associated with these services.  This product can help alleviate this concern.  Contact us for more information on this relatively new product.

Mutual Funds: As part of a complete investment plan, a full explanation of what these can do for you and how they fit in your investment plan is available.  All three of the advisors are Mutual Fund licensed and qualified to advise you in this area.

Segregated Funds:  These are basically the same as Mutual Funds, with a twist.  They are actually a Life Insurance contract and have some of the creditor protection Life Insurance has to offer, and estate planning properties.  Also, they are ideal for small business owners and farmers.

GIC's:  We have a wide variety of CDIC  insured companies to choose from, which allows us to offer the best rates available, short and long term.

High Interest Savings Accounts:  Through our association with various suppliers, we can offer to clients high interest, no minimum balance, liquid savings accounts.

Bonds: We can offer bonds to fit your portfolio, including Canada Savings Bonds, Real Rate of Return Bonds, Strip Bonds, Manitoba Hydro Bonds, whichever bonds will fit into your portfolio.

Labour Sponsored Investment Funds: Both Crocus and Ensis are available from the three licensed brokers in the firm.

Registered Accounts: RRSP's/RRIF's/RESP's are all available from a wide variety of companies.  They come in a wide range of investment options.  See any of the three partners for more information.
